Questions
How far in advance should I order?
As early as you can. Every bake is made to order, so message me with your date and I'll let you know if I'm available.
How do I pay?
Once I confirm your order and total price, you pay a deposit to secure your date. I'll tell you how to pay, the deposit amount and when the balance is due at that point.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is €10 to Lucan and surrounding areas. You can also collect from me in Lucan. I'll share the collection details when I confirm your order.
Can you make a design I've seen online?
Send me your inspiration photos and I'll let you know what I can do and the price. Custom designs, toppers and decorations are priced individually. I'll use them as inspiration to create a design that's your own.
Can you cater for allergies?
Please read the allergen information and tell me about any allergies before you order. My kitchen handles gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and soya, so I can't promise any bake is allergen-free.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Let me know as soon as possible. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how deposits and refunds work.
